FCE currently employs around 60 people. Most of them work directly with the children and youth in the family homes, as foster parents, in the After School project, at the half way home
Brândușa, at the special needs school or at the Day centre.
FCE’s management team, social assistants, finance manager and other administrative staff work in the office located in the foundation’s main building.
Others work in the catering kitchen, the construction team and the Second Hand shop. Some of the employees are youth that have gone through FCE’s program and now got a job.
The staff are well educated and work together to help people with needs.
