From FCE’s home for abandoned toddlers, Casa Albă, (1996 – 2009) children moved to their biological family, adoptive or foster families. In 2003, Casa Silvia was opened to provide a home for disabled children, who were then in primary school. Silvia was one of them, and the home was named after her. The children have grown up and today six young girls live in Casa Silvia. They need and deserve security and a meaningful life. Casa Silvia is a home with a warm atmosphere and it is the family of these girls. During daytime they go to the special school and to the FCE Day Center.
